Welcome! Below you’ll find details about the rates for staying at our Ushaw Moor home, including seasonal pricing, additional fees, and booking policies

-Nightly Rate: From £95 per night

-Weekly Rate: Save 8% when booking 7+ nights

-Monthly Rate: Save 12% for stays of 30+ nights

Seasonal Variation: Rates may be higher during peak periods (summer, Christmas, Durham University events, and half-term)

What’s Included in Price: WiFi, utilities, parking, bed linen, towels, Shampoo and toiletries

Additional Services: Cot hire, extra cleaning services, early Check-ins/ late checkouts, and Groceries pack may be available on request 

Making Payments 

Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer

Balance: Remaining balance due 14 days before arrival

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be requested and returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Currency: All rates are listed in GBP (£)

Cancellation Policy

-Up to 14 Days Before Check-in: Full refund

-Up to 5 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund

-Up to 3 Days Before Check-in: 20% refund

-Late arrival after 12 midnight on the check-in day without prior arrangement: Cancellation of booking and No Refund

-No Show: Cancellation of booking and No Refund

Additional Fees

• Cleaning Fee: Free cleaning 

• Minimum Stay: 2 nights

• Early/Late Check-in may be available on request. Please ask at the time of the booking or message us at the earliest time you can so that we can check the availability and make arrangements for you.
